EVgo's charging network has partnered with Amazon to integrate Alexa voice commands for finding EV charging stations in the United States. Starting later in 2023, drivers with Alexa-enabled vehicles can simply ask "Alexa, find me an EV charging station" to locate the nearest available charging spot.

This integration expands Alexa's existing capabilities in EVs beyond common features like music control and phone calls, making the charging experience more convenient for electric vehicle owners.

The voice-activated charging station locator will help drivers seamlessly find EVgo stations while keeping their focus on the road, representing another step toward making electric vehicle ownership more accessible and user-friendly.

Note: This feature will initially be available only through EVgo's charging network, with potential expansion to other networks in the future.
