Patrick Dempsey returns to competitive racing in the new four-part docuseries 'Back on Track', chronicling his journey through the 2024 Porsche Endurance Challenge North America.

The series, produced by Mechanical Rabbit Productions, follows Dempsey and teammate Patrick Long as they compete in their No.98 Wright Motorsports Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS Clubsport. The season spans multiple iconic tracks, starting at Circuit of the Americas (COTA), moving through Road America and Sonoma, before concluding with a six-hour endurance race back at COTA.

Dempsey brings significant racing experience to the project, including a second-place finish in the 2015 Le Mans GTE Am class and a third-place result in the 2011 Rolex 24 at Daytona GT class. His teammate, Porsche ambassador Patrick Long, boasts victories at prestigious events including the 24 Hours of Le Mans, Rolex 24 at Daytona, and 12 Hours of Sebring.

The docuseries also features drift and rallycross champion Tanner Foust making his sports car racing debut. Episodes 1 and 2 are currently available, with episodes 3 and 4 releasing on November 25 and December 5 respectively on Hagerty's YouTube channel and Samsung TV+ channels (U.S. channel 2545, Canada channel 1195).
