Todd Gilliland Takes Family Legacy Forward with No. 34 Cup Car at Front Row Motorsports
Front Row Motorsports has named Todd Gilliland as the driver of their flagship No. 34 Ford Mustang for the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, taking over from Michael McDowell. The car will continue its long-standing partnership with Love's Travel Stops.

The move represents a significant step for Gilliland, who previously drove the team's No. 38 car. The transition carries special meaning for the Gilliland family, as Todd's father David piloted the Love's-sponsored car for Front Row Motorsports during the 2014-2015 seasons, with his first appearance in the 2013 Daytona 500.
"It is really humbling to race the No. 34 Love's Travel Stops Ford Mustang beginning next season," Gilliland said. "The 34 Ford is what started FRM in the Cup Series and there is a lot of history with Love's, FRM, and my family."
Gilliland brings previous experience with the Love's brand, having raced under their Speedco colors in the Craftsman Truck Series during 2020 and 2021. As the team's longest-tenured driver heading into 2025, he will partner with recently announced teammate Noah Gragson, whose car number is yet to be determined.
Front Row Motorsports has indicated plans to expand to a three-car operation, though details regarding the crew chief for Gilliland's No. 34 team remain pending.
