14-Year-Old Brogan Carder Joins ASCS National Tour as Full-Time Driver
Brogan Carder, a 14-year-old Sprint Car rookie from Sioux Falls, SD, joins the American Sprint Car Series (ASCS) National Tour as a full-time driver for the 2025 season, piloting the family-owned Octane Ink, Kistler Engines-powered Schnee-Lawson Chassis No. 88.

Despite his young age, Carder brings four years of Outlaw Kart experience to his rookie Sprint Car season. He'll compete alongside fellow Rookie of the Year contenders Brady Baker and Garrett Benson, focusing primarily on gaining experience across various tracks rather than immediate competitive success.
His Sprint Car journey began last year with two POWRi 410 appearances before transitioning to ASCS 360 competition. This initial experience helped both Carder and his crew understand the complexities of Sprint Car racing, including car setup and handling characteristics.

Carder kicked off 2025 at Volusia Speedway Park's ASCS National Tour season opener, followed by United Sprint Car Series (USCS) events at Southern Raceway. These races provided valuable experience on larger tracks and different surface conditions, helping him develop as a driver.
Racing alongside ASCS veterans like Seth Bergman, Sam Hafertepe Jr., and Matt Covington presents a unique learning opportunity for Carder. He plans to study their racing lines, wing adjustments, and overall race craft to accelerate his development in the sport.
Carder's next ASCS National Tour event is scheduled for Saturday, April 12, at Salina Highbanks Speedway in Salina, OK. Fans can watch the action live on DIRTVision or purchase tickets at the track on race day.
