2025 NASCAR Hall of Fame Welcomes Rudd, Edwards and Pioneer Moody
The NASCAR Hall of Fame welcomes three distinguished inductees in its Class of 2025: Ricky Rudd, Carl Edwards, and Pioneer ballot recipient Ralph Moody. Dr. Dean Sicking will receive the Landmark Award for Outstanding Contributions to NASCAR.

NASCAR 2025 Hall of Fame inductees
Ricky Rudd earned his place with 23 NASCAR Cup Series victories and set an impressive record of 16 consecutive years (1983-98) with at least one win. His 788 consecutive race starts stood as a record until 2015, and his 905 total starts rank second only to Richard Petty's 1,185. Rudd received 87% of the vote for induction.
Carl Edwards, selected with 52% of the vote, accumulated 72 wins across NASCAR's top series during his 13-year career. Known for his signature victory backflips, Edwards claimed 28 Cup Series wins, including prestigious victories at the Southern 500 and Coca-Cola 600. He finished runner-up in the Cup Series championship twice (2008, 2011).
Ralph Moody, selected from the Pioneer ballot, made his mark both as a driver and innovator. After serving under General Patton in World War II, he won five Cup Series races in 1956-57. His partnership with John Holman created Holman-Moody Racing, which won 96 races, 82 pole positions, and back-to-back championships with David Pearson (1968-69).
Landmark Award winner Dr. Dean Sicking revolutionized NASCAR safety by developing the SAFER barrier, now mandatory at all national series venues. His contributions earned him the 2003 Bill France Award of Excellence and the 2005 National Medal of Technology and Innovation.
The induction ceremony will broadcast live on the Tubi NASCAR Channel at 8pm ET, with simultaneous coverage on Motor Racing Network (MRN). A red carpet live stream will precede the ceremony at 4:30pm ET on NASCAR.com and NASCAR's YouTube platform.
