Brady Bacon captured his 59th USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship victory at Ocala Speedway during Winter Dirt Games XVI, driving the Chris Dyson Racing No. 20 car to victory lane.

Starting from pole position, Bacon overtook race leader Daison Pursley on lap 19 of the 30-lap feature and held on through multiple cautions to secure the win. The victory puts him just three wins behind Dave Darland's all-time record of 62 USAC National Sprint Car wins.

Pursley finished second, marking his fourth consecutive podium finish of the season. Justin Grant took third, followed by Mitchel Moles in fourth and series points leader Kyle Cummins in fifth.

The win marked Bacon's sixth career Winter Dirt Games victory at Ocala and extended his streak to 15 consecutive years with at least one USAC National Sprint Car feature win. It was also Chris Dyson Racing's first USAC National Sprint Car triumph since June 2018.

Notable performances included Briggs Danner's impressive charge from 24th to 11th place, earning him hard charger honors. Gunnar Setser won the closest finish of the season, edging C.J. Leary by .010 seconds in the semi-feature.

Current USAC Sprint Car points leader Kyle Cummins (303 points) maintains a slim lead over Daison Pursley (301) and Justin Grant (293) heading into the final two nights of Winter Dirt Games XVI at Ocala Speedway.

The next USAC AMSOIL Sprint Car National Championship races are scheduled for February 14-15, 2025, at Ocala Speedway.
