Briggs Danner heads to the East Coast Indoor Dirt Nationals at CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton with impressive momentum, having secured three podium finishes in his last four Indoor Auto Racing Series races. The 23-year-old Allentown driver aims to convert his consistent top-three performances into victory on February 21-22.

Danner's recent achievements include strong showings in Allentown and back-to-back third-place finishes in Atlantic City. His experience extends beyond indoor racing, having competed in the Chili Bowl Midget Car races and five USAC National Sprint Car series events in Florida this season.

The Trenton dirt track has never seen a repeat winner in its five-year history. Notable contenders include:

  • Anthony Perrego: Defending champion
  • Tim Buckwalter: 2023 victor
  • Jon Keller: 2020 winner who remarkably advanced from E-Main to win
  • Billy Pauch Jr.: Only driver to qualify for all five features

The event format includes:

Friday, February 21:

  • Doors open: 6 PM
  • Racing starts: 7 PM
  • 25-lap feature
  • 90 wingless 600 Sprints competing

Saturday, February 22:

  • Doors open: 4 PM
  • Autograph session: 5 PM
  • 40-lap main event
  • Qualifying events from E through B mains

The high-banked clay oval has proven consistently entertaining, with three out of five previous winners starting outside the top ten. The track's outside lane, enhanced by banking and a cushion, creates exciting racing conditions and numerous passing opportunities.
