The No. 12 car will be piloted by Alex Lynn, Norman Nato, and Will Stevens, while the No. 38 will be driven by Earl Bamber, Sebastien Bourdais, and Jenson Button. This arrangement notably splits up the successful pairing of Bamber and Lynn, who previously shared driving duties in Ganassi's single Cadillac entry during 2023 and 2024.

Team Principal Dieter Gass emphasized that the driver combinations were carefully selected based on individual strengths, driving styles, and team dynamics. "We have six extremely strong drivers with a combination of experience and fresh eyes on the Cadillac program," Gass stated.
