Devin Moran captured his second consecutive Indiana Icebreaker victory at Brownstown Speedway, leading all 50 laps to claim the event-record $25,000 prize. Moran, who claimed his 19th career series win and fourth victory of the season, dominated the race despite pressure from multiple competitors. Thornton briefly took the lead on lap 33 with a slider but Moran quickly reclaimed the top spot.
"Baby, I love Brownstown," Moran said in Victory Lane. "The lapped cars were all over the place, and there at the end, it started to get a little bottom dominant."
The win puts Moran tied with Thornton for the points lead in the Big River Steel Chase for the Championship. Davenport sits third in points after his podium finish.
