DRR/Cusick confirms Hunter-Reay and Harvey for 2025 Indy 500 lineup
Dreyer & Reinbold Racing with Cusick Motorsports has confirmed their two-car lineup for the 2025 Indianapolis 500, featuring 2014 race winner Ryan Hunter-Reay and veteran Jack Harvey.

This marks Hunter-Reay's third consecutive year with the team, while Harvey joins after missing the 2024 race. The pairing represents DRR/Cusick's third different driver combination in as many years, following Hunter-Reay/Stefan Wilson in 2023 and Hunter-Reay/Conor Daly in 2024.
Hunter-Reay, the 2012 IndyCar Series champion, demonstrated strong performance in 2024 by qualifying for the Fast 12 as the only Indy-only program. His experience and previous success at the Speedway, including his 2014 victory, make him a valuable asset to the team's pursuit of victory.
Harvey brings significant experience to the team with seven previous Indy 500 starts. His best finish came in 2020 with Meyer Shank Racing, where he started 20th and finished ninth. This will mark Harvey's first time working with Chevrolet power in his IndyCar career.
Team owner Dennis Reinbold expressed confidence in the lineup, emphasizing their competitive potential and shared goal of winning the prestigious race. The partnership between Dreyer & Reinbold Racing and Cusick Motorsports continues to strengthen, building on their recent successes including a Fast 12 qualification and leading 24 laps in the 2024 race.
The 109th running of the Indianapolis 500 will mark the team's most ambitious effort yet, with both drivers capable of competing for victory in the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.
