Duane Howard, Dale Planck & Billy Van Pelt Named to 2025 Northeast Dirt Modified Hall of Fame
The Northeast Dirt Modified Hall of Fame has announced its Class of 2025 inductees, featuring three exceptional drivers who've left an indelible mark on dirt track racing.

The prestigious class includes Pennsylvania's Duane Howard, who has claimed 34 championships throughout his career. Joining him is the late Dale Planck from New York, renowned for his multiple NASCAR and DIRTcar series championships. Billy Van Pelt, known for setting numerous records at Woodhull Raceway, rounds out the driver inductees.

- Charlie and Joyce Cathell (Former Delaware International Speedway Promoters)

The induction ceremony will take place on July 24, recognizing these individuals' significant contributions to Northeast dirt modified racing.
