Endurance Warranty Services has earned a spot among Chicago's 50 fastest-growing companies in 2022, ranking #30 on Crain's prestigious "Fast 50" list. This achievement comes amid significant competition, with nearly 150 companies applying—the highest number of applications in a decade.

The ranking process, conducted in partnership with accounting firm Plante Moran, evaluated companies based on strict criteria:

• Chicago area headquarters
• Established before December 31, 2015
• Minimum revenue of $15 million in 2021
• Consistent growth between 2016 and 2021

CEO Rich Holland attributes the company's growth to increased consumer demand for vehicle protection, noting that drivers are keeping their cars longer due to reduced driving, limited new car inventory, and financial considerations.

Key 2021-2022 achievements include:

• Launch of the Advantage protection plan combining breakdown and maintenance coverage
• Introduction of Supreme for Highline vehicles coverage for luxury brands
• Addition of 820 new dealers to their network
• Partnership with 30 new agencies
• Record-high 66.1 NPS score in April 2022

Since 2012, Endurance has paid over $248 million in claims, operating from headquarters in Northbrook, Illinois, with additional offices in Chicago and St. Louis.
