Final Le Mans Invites Awarded Following Asian Le Mans Series Finale in Abu Dhabi

The final two automatic invitations for the 2025 Le Mans 24 Hours were awarded following the Asian Le Mans Series season finale at Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. Algarve Pro Racing secured the LMP2 title while Manthey Racing claimed the GT class championship.

Algarve Pro Racing dominated the LMP2 category, winning four of six races with their No. 25 ORECA 07 Gibson driven by Michael Jensen, Valerio Rinicella, and Peugeot Hypercar driver Malthe Jakobsen. They finished 21 points ahead of RD Limited in the championship standings.

In the GT class, Manthey Racing's No. 10 Porsche 911 GT3 R crew of Antares Au, Joel Sturm, and Klaus Bachler secured the title with a victory in the final race. The team is now positioned to expand Porsche's presence at Le Mans, where they already operate two FIA WEC LMGT3 cars.

These latest invitations join nine previously awarded entries from the European Le Mans Series and IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship:

• AO by TF (ELMS Champion - LMP2) • Inter Europol Competition (ELMS Runner-up - LMP2) • AF Corse (ELMS Pro/Am Champion - LMP2) • RLR M Sport (ELMS Champion - LMP2) • Iron Lynx (ELMS LMGT3 Champion) • Porsche Penske Motorsport (IMSA GTP Champion - Hypercar) • Nick Boulle (IMSA LMP2 Co-Champion) • Orey Fidani (IMSA GTD Bronze Trophy Winner) • Sky Tempesta Racing (GT World Challenge Europe Bronze Cup Champion)

This will mark Algarve Pro's tenth consecutive Le Mans appearance, while RD Limited, despite missing out on the automatic invitation, plans to apply for an entry to maintain their LMP2 program.
