Fonda Speedway Revs Up 2025 Season with Annual Car Show at Viaport Rotterdam
Fonda Speedway kicks off its 74th season with the annual car show at Viaport Rotterdam from March 21-23, 2025. Cars will move in on March 20 and out after business hours on Sunday. Contact Jamie Page at [email protected] to register your vehicle.
Dirt track race car display
The speedway will feature merchandise sales and 2025 schedules at their booth. Additionally, sponsorship opportunities will be available for the Hondo Classic and BOBCO Memorial Dash for Cash events, scheduled for July 26.
358-Modified Division Returns The historic 358-Modified division returns to Fonda Speedway for 2025, featuring two major events:
- The River Rage on Wednesday, May 14
- Special racing program on Saturday, July 26

- 20 different winning drivers across 35 feature events
- Brett Hearn leads with seven wins
- Mike Romano follows with five wins
- Eight different championship winners across nine seasons

Season Opener The 2025 season begins on April 19 with the Jumpin' Jack Johnson Memorial event, marking the start of point accumulation. An open practice session is scheduled for April 12.
Fonda Speedway operates weekly on Saturday nights from April through August at the Montgomery County Fairgrounds, accessible via New York State Thruway Exit 28 at 21 S. Bridge Street, Fonda, NY 12068.
