The seven-time world champion was welcomed by team principal Fred Vasseur and CEO Benedetto Vigna at the historic Fiorano test track. During his visit, Hamilton took photos with the Ferrari F40 at the Michael Schumacher Square, toured Enzo Ferrari's office, and met with key team personnel, including Enzo's son Piero Ferrari.

Hamilton expressed profound emotion about his first day at Ferrari, stating, "There are some days that you know you'll remember forever, and today, my first as a Scuderia Ferrari driver, is one of those days." He emphasized that while he's achieved remarkable success in his career, racing for Ferrari has always been a cherished dream.

The British driver will continue his integration with technical meetings and briefings, with plans for testing previous cars later this month. This partnership represents a historic union between Formula 1's most successful driver and its most legendary constructor.

Hamilton's commitment to his new team was clear in his statement: "I'm dedicated to bringing everything I have to deliver for the team, the wider organization and the fans. Today we start a new chapter in the history of this iconic team."
