The 2024 class included Sarah Bradley, the program's first female recipient, nominated by ROK Cup USA. She joined fellow students Ty Arbogast and Vaughn Beesley from New Castle Motorsports Park, experiencing their first serious racing car training.

The comprehensive program included:

  • Ground school instruction
  • Skid control training
  • Lead-follow sessions
  • Braking and shifting drills
  • Handling exercises
  • One-on-one instruction with professional racers
  • Data analysis sessions
  • Standing start practice

The program's success is exemplified by graduate Patrick Woods-Toth, who won both the 2023 F4 U.S. Driver Championship and the 2024 FR Americas title after completing the school in December 2022.

Upon graduation, each student received:

  • Radford Racing School graduation certificate
  • F4 U.S. competition license
  • Omologato bespoke timepiece

The program serves as a crucial stepping stone for young drivers transitioning from karting to professional racing, with the 2025 F4 U.S. season scheduled to begin at NOLA Motorsports Park, March 27-30.
