Larson and Berry Survive Chaotic Last Chance Qualifier to Make Clash at Bowman Gray
Kyle Larson and Josh Berry secured spots in Sunday night's Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray Stadium after a chaotic Last Chance Qualifying race marked by multiple incidents.

Larson dominated the 75-lap event, leading 36 laps and passing Berry for the win with four laps remaining. The race featured nine cautions, including several notable incidents:
- Berry spun both Ty Gibbs and Justin Haley
- A collision between Berry and race leader Erik Jones on lap 65
- Ricky Stenhouse Jr. spinning local favorite Burt Myers
- Gibbs going airborne after attempting to retaliate against Haley under caution
Ryan Blaney, using a provisional as the highest-ranked 2024 driver not yet qualified, withdrew after 23 laps due to mechanical issues.
