Menard overcame early testing challenges with his rebuilt car to claim the top spot, despite slippery track conditions following the TA2 race. The victory was particularly meaningful as it showcased his new partnership with Pittsburgh Paints and Stains, featuring a fresh livery design.

In other classes, Paul Tracy led XGT in the No. 10 Race Cars For You Innovation IRC GT, while Joshua Carlson topped SGT in the No. 36 Enseva/Diercks Ltd./TC Fab Ford Mustang. Chris Coffey claimed the fastest time in GT class with the No. 97 Traffic Grafix/Chill Out Motorsports Maserati MC GT4, and Jon DeGaynor was the sole GT1 Challenge competitor in the No. 04 Speed Dream'n Racing Ford Mustang.

The TA/GT race is scheduled for Sunday at 10:50 a.m. ET, with live streaming available on Trans Am's YouTube channel starting at 10:15 a.m. ET. SPEED SPORT 1 will broadcast the race live at 10:30 a.m. ET, with an encore presentation at 10:00 p.m. ET.
