Nissan and EVgo have partnered to launch "Nissan Energy Perks by EVgo," a comprehensive charging program for new LEAF owners in the United States. The initiative provides $250 in pre-paid charging credits, making it easier for customers to transition to electric vehicle ownership.

Program participants get access to EVgo's extensive charging network, which includes more than 30,000 public charging points through EVgo and its roaming partners. All charging sessions can be managed through a single user account, streamlining the charging experience for LEAF drivers.

This collaboration marks another step in Nissan's commitment to supporting electric vehicle adoption by addressing one of the key concerns of potential EV buyers - charging accessibility and convenience.

The program is automatically available to new Nissan LEAF purchases, requiring no additional registration or paperwork from customers. Credits can be used at any EVgo charging station or partner location across the country.

Through this partnership, Nissan continues to expand its EV infrastructure support, building upon its history as one of the first major automakers to mass-produce electric vehicles with the LEAF.
