Riley Herbst Eyes Atlanta Success in NASCAR Cup Series Education Journey
After five full seasons in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Joe Gibbs Racing and Stewart-Haas, Riley Herbst has advanced to a full-time NASCAR Cup Series driver position with 23XI Racing. The 25-year-old driver now pilots the No. 35 Monster Energy Toyota Camry.

Despite finishing 17th at the Daytona 500, Herbst demonstrated strong potential, running in fourth or fifth place during the green-white-checker. His experience at Daytona provided valuable insights for his Cup Series journey.
With nine Xfinity Series starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Herbst is optimistic about the upcoming race. He acknowledges the track's recent repaving and reconfiguration, along with its significant aging due to Atlanta's harsh weather conditions.
As part of 23XI Racing, owned by Denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan, Herbst joins teammates Tyler Reddick and Bubba Wallace. The young driver emphasizes his focus on continuous improvement throughout the season.

Looking ahead, Herbst maintains realistic expectations while expressing confidence in his team's potential for victory. His immediate goals include completing all race laps, learning continuously, and positioning himself for strong finishes when opportunities arise.
Following Atlanta, Herbst will face challenges at Circuit of The Americas (COTA), Phoenix, and his hometown track in Las Vegas as he continues his development in NASCAR's premier series.
