The partnership between Simmons and Belmont's Garage will operate on a part-time schedule, with Simmons continuing to race Saturday nights at New Egypt Speedway in his family-owned Elegant Exteriors No. 20. The team will focus on the Short Track Super Series (STSS) South Region and select additional events throughout the year.

Simmons, who clinched his first career track championship at New Egypt Speedway in 2024, brings proven success to the team. The decision to bring him aboard was a collective choice made by Andy Belmont and his sons Andrew, Brett, and Kyle.

"I appreciate Andy and his family giving me the opportunity to drive such an iconic car," said Simmons. "Andy has been a successful team owner on both the NASCAR level and in dirt racing, and I look forward to trying to fill some very big shoes."

The new partnership will debut at Port Royal Speedway during the 'Speed Showcase' STSS event on March 15-16, 2025. This collaboration marks a new chapter for both Simmons and the historically successful Belmont's Garage racing program.
