Foust will pilot the combustion-powered FC2 "Star Car" in the Open 4WD class, prepared by BAK40 Motorsports. He will also showcase the all-electric FC1-X with demonstration laps, the same vehicle he recently competed with in Nitrocross.

"Montalegre was the home of my first European rallycross win back in 2011," Foust reflected. "I have great memories from amazing fans, an amazing location, and a fun track. I'm looking forward to coming back to Europe for some FC2 racing, and to give rides in the amazing FC1-X fully EV rallycross car."

As the first American to compete in European rallycross, Foust's achievements include:

  • 2010: European Rallycross Championship debut
  • 2011: Two wins and runner-up in championship standings
  • 2012: Two victories and third place overall
  • 2014-16: Won a World Rallycross event in Finland

In America, Foust's rallycross career highlights include:

  • 2010: Rally America championship victory
  • 2011-2012: Back-to-back Global Rallycross championships
  • 2019: Record fourth title in Americas Rallycross series
  • 2023-24: Podium finish in Utah guest appearance
  • 2024: Two top-five finishes in Nitrocross with Olsbergs MSE
