Tonkin charges from 10th to win Penn can modified feature
Brett Tonkin captured his first feature win of the season at Penn Can Speedway, masterfully navigating multiple racing lines to outmaneuver Alan Rudalavage and Justin Holland. Starting from tenth position, Tonkin methodically worked his way through the field during the Modified division race.

Doug Polhamous led early before Rudalavage took control after an early caution for Marshall Hurd. The race saw a brief interruption when Darwin Greene rolled over in turn 4, though all drivers emerged unharmed.
With five laps remaining, George Kostelansky's spin brought out another caution, setting up a dramatic finish. Tonkin seized second place from Holland with three laps to go, then executed a perfect bottom-lane pass on Rudalavage in turn 1 to take the lead. Rudalavage later encountered issues in turns three and four, while Holland mounted one final challenge but couldn't overcome Tonkin's advantage.
