Their previous collaboration yielded five wins in 2020-2021, with a runner-up finish in the 2020 championship standings. Bullins brings extensive experience with 31 career wins, having worked with Wood Brothers Racing and Team Penske, where he led drivers including Ryan Blaney, Austin Cindric, and Harrison Burton.
"I'm excited and grateful for the opportunity to work with BK again," said Bullins. "We had a couple of unfinished goals like a Daytona 500 win and a championship together, and I'm ecstatic we get the opportunity to compete together again."
Keselowski enters 2025 as both driver and co-owner at RFK Racing, marking his 16th full Cup Series season. With 36 career wins, he ranks third among active drivers and made his 10th playoff appearance in 2024, highlighted by a victory at Darlington.
The reunion aims to build on RFK Racing's upward trajectory and pursue their shared goals of Daytona 500 victory and series championship.
