The chatbot was developed in partnership with Berlin-based software company Elvah and is powered by Cognigy AI. According to Julian Lennertz, chief commercial officer at E.ON Next, the tool aims to support the growing EV adoption by making charging infrastructure more accessible for both daily commutes and international travel.

The system is designed to learn and improve over time, with plans for expansion to additional markets throughout 2025. This initiative represents E.ON's commitment to advancing e-mobility and making electric vehicle charging simpler and more inclusive for all drivers.
