Scotland's Seb Murray joins Andretti Cape's Indy NXT team for the 2025 season, completing the team's driver lineup alongside Ricardo Escotto. The 17-year-old brings experience from European and Middle Eastern junior open-wheel racing series.

Murray recently tested with the team at Sebring, demonstrating strong adaptability in his first experience with an Indy NXT car. The young driver will face new challenges in 2025, including his first oval racing experience.

"I'm confident that 2025 is going to be a fun season with lots of new experiences for me," Murray said. "Testing with Andretti Cape Indy NXT in Sebring was a nice way to get to know my teammates, engineer and the No. 2 crew ahead of the season."

Team principal Dominic Cape praised Murray's performance during testing: "For his first time in an Indy NXT car, he was able to adapt and give us some great feedback. The team is eager to work with him the rest of the season and help advance his career to the next level."

Murray will pilot one of Andretti Cape's entries in what represents a completely refreshed driver lineup for the 2025 season.
