Annunziata Smashes Road Atlanta TA2 Track Record for Pole Position
Thomas Annunziata set a new track qualifying record at Road Atlanta in the Trans Am Series' CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series, clocking 1m22.369s in his No. 90 Gazoo Racing/Nitro Motorsports Toyota Camry.

"The new Toyota Camry's aero package and track response required adaptation," Annunziata explained. "Despite struggling throughout the weekend, we managed to put everything together when it counted, thanks to the hard work of Nitro Motorsports team."
In the Pro/Am Challenge category, Barry Boes secured the fastest time of 1m23.959s in his No. 27 Accio Data/SLR-M1 Chevrolet Camaro.
The race is scheduled for Sunday at 1:50 p.m. ET, with live streaming available on Trans Am's YouTube channel starting at 1:15 p.m. ET. SPEED SPORT 1 will broadcast the race live from 1:30 p.m. ET, with an encore presentation at 8:00 p.m. ET.
