BMW's M Hybrid V8 set the pace during the final WEC Prologue session at Qatar's Lusail International Circuit, with Robin Frijns in the No. 20 car posting the fastest time of 1m38.971s - the only sub-1m39s lap of the test.

The No. 38 JOTA Cadillac finished just 0.2s behind with Sebastien Bourdais at the wheel, while AF Corse's No. 83 Ferrari 499P secured third place thanks to Robert Kubica's effort. The second BMW and No. 12 JOTA Cadillac rounded out the top five.

Most teams completed extensive running, with 12 of 18 cars logging over 100 laps during the four-hour session. The Porsche factory cars focused on testing rather than pure pace, while Aston Martin's only notable incident was a spin into the gravel for the No. 007 Valkyrie.

In LMGT3, Vista AF Corse's Ferrari 296 topped the timesheets with Simon Mann's 1m54.790s lap, half a second clear of the previous best set by TF Sport's Corvette. Ferrari secured a 1-2 finish in class, followed by Heart of Racing's Aston Martin Vantage.
