Ryan Blaney secured the pole position for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, leading a Ford-dominated qualifying session where the manufacturer claimed nine of the top 10 starting positions.

Blaney's lap of 179.371mph (30.908s) earned him his first Atlanta pole and 11th of his Cup Series career. Team Penske teammate Austin Cindric qualified second with a speed of 179.359mph, while Wood Brothers Racing's Josh Berry took third at 179.139mph.

This single-car qualifying session was the only track time available for teams before Sunday's Ambetter Health 400, which begins at 3pm ET.
