Bobby Pierce claimed victory in the Wild West Shootout opener at FK Rod Ends Vado Speedway Park, leading the final 30 laps of the 50-lap, $25,000-to-win feature race. Pierce's unique tire selection and strategic racing helped secure his seventh win in his last 10 races at Vado.

Garrett Alberson led the first 28 laps but lost the lead following a restart bobble on lap 29. He finished second, while Brandon Sheppard rounded out the podium in third place.

In other divisions, Rob Moseley won the Shocker Hitch X-Mod feature after a competitive battle with Hunter Sandy and Jesse Haynie. Cade Dillard dominated the Modified division, leading from start to finish to claim the $2,000 victory.

The event saw 146 competitors across all divisions. The Wild West Shootout continues with upcoming races featuring Super Late Models ($10,000-to-win), Modifieds ($2,000-to-win), and X-Mods ($1,000-to-win).
