Pierce finished second in the 2024 championship, just 38 points behind Brandon Sheppard, securing 14 wins, 28 top fives, and 33 top 10s. His career total of 31 World of Outlaws Late Model wins places him 10th on the all-time wins list, only two victories behind Scott Bloomquist and Tim McCreadie.

Notable victories in 2024 included the Illini 100 at Farmer City Raceway, NAPA Gopher 50 at Deer Creek Speedway, Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury Speedway, and USA Nationals at Cedar Lake Speedway. Pierce also claimed significant wins at Knoxville Raceway, Huset's Speedway, and Eldora Speedway.

The 2025 season will kick off at Volusia Speedway Park during the DIRTcar Sunshine Nationals (January 22-25) and conclude at The Dirt Track at Charlotte for the World of Outlaws World Finals (November 5-8). The nearly 60-race schedule features both familiar venues and returning tracks, including Federated Auto Parts Raceway at I-55.

Pierce particularly appreciates the series' traditional points system, stating, "I like that every race matters throughout the season. There's no points gimmick at the end of the year. It's straight up all year, which is how it should be."

With increased purses and a $1 million points fund for 2025, Pierce remains optimistic about his championship prospects, though he acknowledges the challenge of matching his previous success: "It's going to be hard to duplicate a season like this. It's been incredible."
