The team, set to join F1 in 2026 as the grid's 11th entry, will maintain a strategic presence across three major motorsport hubs:

  • Fishers, Indiana (Main HQ and IndyCar hub)
  • Silverstone, UK (European operations and wind tunnel model manufacturing)
  • Charlotte, North Carolina (GM Technical Center collaboration)

Team principal Graeme Lowdon emphasizes that while Cadillac will operate as an American team under the U.S. flag, driver selection will be strictly merit-based. This includes potential American drivers like Colton Herta, whose selection would depend on securing an FIA Super License.

The European base at Silverstone will handle crucial operations including:

  • Logistics for European races
  • Manufacturing of wind tunnel model components
  • Access to experienced F1 talent pool

The team has secured a long-term agreement to use wind tunnel facilities in Cologne, Germany, complementing its multi-facility strategy. This structure positions Cadillac uniquely across three major motorsport capitals: Charlotte (NASCAR), Indianapolis (IndyCar), and Silverstone (Formula 1), creating a strong foundation for their F1 entry.
