Christopher Bell secured victory in Sunday's Ambetter Health 400 at Atlanta Motor Speedway in a dramatic overtime finish, leading only the final lap in a three-wide battle that ended under caution. The win marks Bell's 10th career NASCAR Cup Series victory and his first on a drafting-style track.

The race concluded with Bell edging out Carson Hocevar and Kyle Larson as the caution flag waved. This victory represents Joe Gibbs Racing's first win since June of last year, with Bell demonstrating remarkable skill in the final moments.

"That right there is what you dream of," Bell expressed post-race, celebrating his achievement in speedway racing, a style that had previously challenged him.

Notable performances included Carson Hocevar's career-best second-place finish in the No. 77 Spire Motorsports Chevrolet, though his aggressive driving led to post-race discussions with veterans Ross Chastain and Ryan Blaney. Kyle Larson finished third, continuing his quest for his first speedway-type race victory.

The early stages saw Ford dominance, with Joey Logano leading a race-best 83 laps. However, pit strategy and changing track conditions eventually opened up the competition. Josh Berry claimed Stage 1 before being involved in the final caution that ended the race in overtime.

Current championship standings show Ryan Blaney leading William Byron by 12 points following his fourth-place finish. The series now heads to Circuit of The Americas for the EchoPark Automotive Grand Prix next Sunday.
