Currently fourth in points, Webb acknowledges the evolving nature of the sport and the fierce competition from both veteran riders and newcomers like Jett Lawrence and Chase Sexton. With five AMA Supercross champions on the starting line, the 29-year-old veteran sees his experience as a valuable asset in the championship fight.

At San Diego's Snapdragon Stadium, Webb led half the main event before being passed by teammate Eli Tomac and Honda's Jett Lawrence. Despite dealing with stomach issues, he secured a podium finish, demonstrating his resilience and tactical racing approach.

Now in his second season with Monster Energy Star Racing Yamaha, Webb feels at home with the team where he started his career in the 250cc class. Though he may not attract the same attention as some of his competitors, Webb's proven track record includes two championships (2019, 2021) and two runner-up finishes (2020, 2024).

Despite his achievements, Webb maintains his hunger for success and aims to become a three-time Supercross champion. His strategy relies on consistency, racecraft, and the experience that has made him a formidable competitor throughout his career.

"I might get written off sometimes, but I do know that I'm going to be in the championship fight," Webb affirms, emphasizing his continued drive to improve and compete at the highest level of the sport.
