Defending Champion Menard Claims Victory in Trans Am Season Opener at Sebring
Paul Menard secured his first victory of the 2025 Trans Am Series season at Sebring International Raceway, continuing his momentum from his 2024 championship campaign. Starting from pole position, Menard led the opening laps before 2023 CUBE 3 Architecture TA2 Series champion Brent Crews took control of the race.

A mechanical failure forced Crews to retire, allowing Menard to reclaim the lead and hold off Adam Andretti for the win. Amy Ruman completed the podium in third place, followed by Tomy Drissi in fourth and Humaid Masaood in fifth.
In the XGT class, Paul Tracy dominated in his debut, leading from start to finish despite pressure from Kaylee Bryson. Joshua Carlson claimed victory in the SGT class, while Chris Coffey prevailed in a tight GT battle against Mike Fitzpatrick.
