"Racing is in my DNA, and no form of racing resonates more personally and strongly with me than the NTT IndyCar Series," Boles stated. "I'm honored to lead the amazing team at IndyCar, and I truly believe the future is bigger and brighter than ever for our sport and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway."
The leadership restructuring also includes several key promotions:
- Mark Sibla becomes Sr. VP of competition and operations
- Kyle Novak elevated to VP of officiating and race control
- Alex Damron appointed as IndyCar's chief marketing officer
- Louis Kissinger promoted to IMS operations GM
These changes come as part of Penske Entertainment's strategy to strengthen IndyCar's leadership team ahead of the 2025 season. Novak's expanded role will include leading the technical inspection team, while Sibla is expected to oversee the development of the new car.
