
Ferrari Starts 2025 WEC Season with Historic 1-2-3 Finish in Qatar
Ferrari secures a historic 1-2-3 finish at the 2025 Qatar 1812Km WEC season opener, with the No. 50 car of Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen claiming victory at the Lusail International Circuit.

The winning No. 50 team executed a brilliant tire strategy, running Michelin hards on the left and mediums on the right. Despite an early setback from contact with the No. 15 WRT BMW, they recovered impressively to take control of the race with four hours remaining.
The private AF Corse Ferrari No. 83, driven by Yifei Ye, Phil Hanson, and Robert Kubica, secured second place after a tense battle in the closing stages. The factory No. 51 Ferrari completed the podium sweep, overcoming two drive-through penalties.

In LMGT3, TF Sport's Corvette Z06 GT3.R claimed victory from 13th on the grid, with Daniel Juncadella, Ben Keating, and Jonny Edgar holding off a charging McLaren for the win. The United Autosports McLaren and The Bend WRT BMW completed the podium.
