Will Power, two-time champion and 2018 Indy 500 winner, has joined Fernando Alonso's A14 management firm, with Oriol Servia acting as his North American representative. Power's current Penske contract expires at the end of this year, with team president Tim Cindric stating they'll make a decision about his future after the Indy 500.

Scott McLaughlin has secured his position with the team by signing a long-term contract extension during the offseason. He confirmed this through social media, expressing his focus on the upcoming season.

Josef Newgarden, following his multi-year extension with Penske in 2024, has become KLUTCH Sports Group's first professional racing client. The agency, founded by NBA star LeBron James and Rich Paul, represents notable athletes including Anthony Davis and DeAndre Hopkins.

These changes demonstrate significant career developments for all three drivers as they prepare for the upcoming IndyCar season.
