The collaboration involves custom-designed monoblock forged aluminum wheels that meet both ACO and IMSA LMDh Hypercar regulations. These wheels are engineered through a joint effort between HRC US and 2elle, combining precision engineering calculations and computer simulations to achieve optimal weight and stiffness ratios.

Key features of the partnership:

  • Wheels manufactured entirely in 2elle's Italian factory
  • Designed specifically for ARX-06 GTP prototypes
  • Focus on lightweight construction and structural rigidity
  • Compliant with both ACO and IMSA regulations

Additionally, 2elle-engineering is establishing an Industry Support Partnership with IMSA, providing factory support services for race wheels in both GT and GT-Prototype (GTP) classes of the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. This support will begin at the 24 Hours of Daytona and continue throughout the championship season.

The partnership represents 2elle's expansion in global motorsports while enhancing HRC's racing capabilities through advanced wheel technology. Jason Castillo, HRC US LMDh Large Project Leader, emphasizes that these wheels have proven their ability to balance weight and stiffness requirements while meeting endurance racing demands.
