The No. 63 invitational entry will be piloted by Mercedes-AMG works driver Luca Stolz alongside Australian father-son duo Stephen and Brenton Grove. This marks Mercedes-AMG's return to La Sarthe for the first time since 1999.
Iron Lynx secured this third entry through an automatic invitation after winning the 2024 European Le Mans Series LMGT3 championship. This car will complement their two full-season FIA WEC LMGT3 entries.
Iron Lynx CEO Andrea Piccini expressed confidence in the lineup, highlighting Stolz's talent and experience, as well as the valuable experience the Grove duo brings from their extensive GT racing background in SRO competition across Asia and Australia.
The Grove family, who operate Grove Racing and have competed together in six Bathurst 12 Hour events, will make their Le Mans debut in June. Brenton Grove described the opportunity as his "career highlight."
The team's full-season WEC entries complete their three-car effort:
- No. 60: Claudio Schiavoni, Matteo Cressoni, and Matteo Cairoli
- No. 61: Christian Ried, Lin Hodenius, and Maxime Martin
The complete 2025 Le Mans 24 Hours entry list is expected to be released tomorrow.
