Mueller, who recently secured Peugeot's first podium in Bahrain during his final race with the manufacturer, brings significant endurance racing experience to the team. He currently competes in Formula E with Porsche customer team Andretti and replaces Pascal Wehrlein in the JDC-Miller lineup.

The team has a strong history at Sebring, having won the 12 Hours in 2021 and finishing second in 2022 during the DPi era. Their most recent performance at the 2024 Daytona 24 Hours resulted in a sixth-place finish.

"I can't wait to turn my first laps in the Porsche 963 and compete in my first prestigious Sebring 12-hour," said Mueller. "It's known as the toughest race on the IMSA calendar. I am confident that together with JDC-Miller MotorSports, Gimmi, and Tijmen, who bring lots of Sebring 963 experience, we have a strong foundation."

John Church, JDC-Miller Managing Partner, expressed confidence in the strengthened driver lineup, building on their strong performance at Daytona. The collaboration was made possible through coordination between JDC-Miller MotorSports, Porsche, and Andretti Formula E team.
