Notably, Cole Pearn will return as crew chief, reuniting with Truex Jr. for the first time since 2019. The pair previously claimed 24 Cup victories and a championship during their five-season partnership. Bass Pro Shops continues as the primary partner for the No. 56 entry.

"It's going to be a really cool deal to be able to work with Cole and have the number 56 again," said Truex Jr., who recently concluded his tenure with Joe Gibbs Racing. "I really appreciate everyone at Bass Pro Shops, TRICON and Toyota helping put this together to go have some fun, and I can't think of a better time to go win the thing for Johnny Morris."

TRICON Garage, which partnered with Toyota in 2023, has already demonstrated success in the Truck Series with nine victories, 50 top-five finishes, and consecutive Championship 4 appearances.

David Gilliland, partner at TRICON Garage, expressed confidence in their Cup Series entry, stating, "Having raced against Martin for many years, I can confidently say there's no stronger competitor I'd want behind the wheel for our first Cup Series entry at the sport's most prestigious race." As an open entry, the team faces the challenge of qualifying for the race, but Gilliland believes Truex Jr. provides their best chance for success.
