New Egypt Speedway to Host Super DIRTcar Series & STSS in 2025

Two premier Modified racing series are set to compete at New Egypt Speedway in 2025, bringing high-stakes dirt track action to New Jersey.

The Super DIRTcar Series (SDS) will kick off both their points season and New Egypt's 2025 campaign with the 'Power in the Pines' on Saturday, March 29. The 75-lap feature offers a $7,500 winner's purse, with a practice session scheduled for March 28. In 2024's edition, Anthony Perrego of Walden, N.Y. claimed victory after a late-race pass on Darren Smith, with Peter Britten finishing third.

The Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco returns for its eighth appearance at New Egypt on Tuesday, June 17. The 'Dirty Jersey' event features a 50-lap Modified main event paying $5,000 to win. The most recent edition saw local favorite David Bouc outdueling Stewart Friesen for the victory, with Alex Yankowski completing the podium.

The STSS event counts toward the South Region championship and includes STSS Crate 602 Sportsman division action. New Egypt Speedway is located at 720 Route 539 in New Egypt, NJ. Additional schedule details will be announced in the coming weeks.
