
Port Royal's Steve O'Neal Named 2024 RPM National Promoter of the Year
Steve O'Neal of Port Royal Raceway in Pennsylvania was named the 49th annual Auto-Racing Promoter of the Year at the 52nd Annual RPM@Daytona Workshops. The prestigious award recognizes excellence in race track promotion and management.

"This is an incredible honor," said O'Neal. "It's a team effort, and I wouldn't be here without the folks that surround me at the race track. To join all of the great promoters who have won this award means a great deal."
April May Preston of Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, VT, received the Jody Deery Award, named after the late promoter of Rockford Speedway. Preston manages daily track operations and serves as president of the New England Auto Racing Hall of Fame.

The Buckeye Figure 8 Nationals at Painesville Speedway, promoted by Randy Maggio Sr. and Jr., won RPM Outstanding Event of the Year. The annual RPM@Daytona Workshops continue to be a crucial networking and educational event for track promoters across North America, Australia, and New Zealand.
