After testing at Sebring, AO Racing's iconic "Rexy" Porsche 911 "GT3 Rawr" has undergone repairs following damage sustained during the Rolex 24 At Daytona. The car received a new front-end treatment after losing its signature teeth in a collision with a GetSpeed Mercedes-AMG GT3 during the final hour while battling for second place in GTD PRO.

The team playfully announced that Rexy visited an "orthodontist" for a "beautiful new smile" and underwent a thorough inspection by their "dinosaur DNA doctors." As part of the renovation, the car will feature additional Mobil 1 decals for the upcoming Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring.

Drivers Laurin Heinrich, Klaus Bachler, and Alessio Picariello will pilot the freshly repaired Porsche as they pursue their first victory of the season. Coinciding with these updates, AO Racing has launched a Fan Corner initiative where supporters can share photos showing their enthusiasm for the team's dinosaur-themed racers: Rexy, Spike, and Roxy.

The refreshed Rexy will return to competition at the Twelve Hours of Sebring, ready to showcase its new look and challenge for victory in the GTD PRO class.
