Winners are selected by a panel of automotive and motorsport executives, gaining invaluable experience across multiple companies within the industry. The program's success is evident through its first four winners, who have all secured roles in motorsports and automotive sectors.

"It has been fantastic to see the impact that Cedric, AJ, Maddie, and Natasha are already having in the industry, and we look forward to finding more great talent in 2025," says motorsports executive Jeff Swoboda.

Rod Campbell, who passed away in March 2020, created a lasting legacy through mentorship and business success. The award is overseen by an accomplished board including industry leaders from NBC Sports, Bryan Herta Autosport, Steinbrenner Racing, and other prominent organizations.
