The 2025 Short Track Super Series (STSS) Sunshine Swing launched with an Open Practice session at All-Tech Raceway in Lake City, FL. A strong turnout of 38 STSS Modifieds and 29 STSS Sportsman competitors participated in five practice rounds.

Matt Sheppard of Savannah, N.Y. topped the Modified division with a fastest lap of 20.09 seconds, while Dylan Madsen of Spencertown, N.Y. led the Sportsman class with 20.55 seconds.

Racing begins Wednesday with the STSS Modifieds competing in a 30-lap, $4,000-to-win feature, while STSS Sportsman will run 25 laps for $1,500 to win. The event will be broadcast live on FloRacing.
