Steven Snyder Jr., 20-year-old rising star from Rising Sun MD, returns to Trenton's CURE Insurance Arena for the East Coast Dirt Indoor Nationals on February 21st and 22nd, aiming for his first victory at the prestigious event.

Coming off an impressive 2024 season with 15 victories in 600 Micro Sprint and over $100,000 in earnings, Snyder's achievements include winning the $12,500 High Banks Hustle at Southern Illinois Raceway and the $10,000 Mark Hagopian Memorial at Plaza Park Raceway in California.

Despite finishing fourth in last year's Trenton race, Snyder remains enthusiastic about the track: "It's a small bullring with a great cushion, and you can run right up against the wall. It's so exciting."

The upcoming race features a two-day format:

• Friday: Qualifying races narrow 90 drivers to 24 starters
• Saturday: Complete program with E, D, C, and B-mains
• Top performers advance through the ranks
• Final event: 24-car A-Main with $5,000 prize

Following this event, Snyder will compete in the NOS Energy Drink USAC National Midget Series and drive a winged 410 Sprint Car for the Mike Heffner/Curt Michael team. For this race, he'll pilot Jim Radney's Hyper Black/EVO Fuel Injection No. 95.
