Trackhouse Racing and Grammy-winning artist Pitbull have ended their partnership after a successful five-year collaboration that began in 2021. The announcement came through social media statements from both parties.

Pitbull, whose real name is Armando Pérez, played a crucial role in introducing NASCAR to new audiences during his tenure with the team. Despite the partnership ending, he will perform the pre-race concert at this Sunday's Daytona 500.

The partnership began when Justin Marks founded Trackhouse Racing in 2021. During this period, Pitbull actively participated in racing events and integrated motorsports into his music, including releasing an album titled "Trackhouse" in 2023. The team even featured a Pitbull-themed car driven by Daniel Suarez at Dover Motor Speedway.

Trackhouse Racing currently fields three full-time cars in the Cup Series, driven by Ross Chastain, Shane van Gisbergen, and Daniel Suarez. The team has accumulated eight career wins since its inception.

Justin Marks praised the partnership's business success, noting that Pitbull joined when the team had no guaranteed success and helped build the brand. With the team's growth and new partnerships, both parties have benefited from their investment in each other.

Both organizations expressed mutual respect and gratitude in their farewell messages, with Trackhouse Racing thanking Pitbull for his contributions and wishing him well in his future ventures.
