United Autosports Announces Star-Studded Lineup for Rolex 24 at Daytona
United Autosports USA has finalized its driver lineup for the upcoming Rolex 24 at Daytona, entering their second full season in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship.
Two IMSA race cars battling
The No.2 ORECA 07 will feature:
- Nick Boulle (IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar LMP2 Champion)
- Ben Hanley
- Garnet Patterson (Australian GT World Challenge winner)
- Oliver Jarvis (2023 Le Mans LMP2 winner, 2022 Daytona 24 Hours winner)
The No.22 ORECA lineup includes:
- Daniel Goldburg
- Paul di Resta
- Rasmus Lindh
- James Allen (2023 Daytona LMP2 winner)
Last year's performance saw United Autosports secure pole position with the No.22 car and lead the LMP2 class during the night, ultimately finishing sixth. The team's 2024 season highlights included a victory at Road America with the No.2 car and a podium finish at the 12 Hours of Sebring with the No.22.
Team CEO Richard Dean expressed confidence in both driver lineups, emphasizing their singular focus on securing victory at the prestigious Rolex 24 at Daytona. The team's proven track record and strengthened driver roster position them as strong contenders in the LMP2 class for the 2025 event.
The Roar Before the 24 testing session will mark the team's first opportunity to work together before the main event, with both cars aiming to capitalize on their competitive advantage in the challenging 24-hour endurance race.
